Dr. Gist began working with MSA after serving his Internal Medicine residency at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. He earned his M.D. at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center - and his undergraduate degrees from Southern Methodist University.

Dr. Gist Completed three years of graduate study at Baylor College of Dentistry and earned a master's degree in Biblical Literature from AG Theological Seminary. He is married and has three children. He is a life long resident of Dallas, Texas.
